Location was close to freeway.
Beds and pillows were horribly uncofortable. The walls were paper thin, and it was kinda trashy for a Sheraton.
The rooms were clean, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable. the pillows were small and awful as well. The room walls were paper thin and you could hear/ feel people talking and doors slamming throughout the entire night. Its was a poor display of a Sheraton hotel. It was basically a motel 8. Obnoxious, loud, late night guests.
Enjoyed our stay there. Decor is modern, lovely, comfortable. Comfortable beds, a good night's rest. Did not dine there, but embibed in a couple of drinks and the staff was pleasant.

They didn't have local attractions brochures.
We had visit Phoenix for an ASU event (family weekend). It was not far from campus, we didn't have time to check-in before the football game, I called to confirm we would still be checking but it would be late. I liked the hotel lobby and entrance. And the front desk staff was very pleasant.
The elevator was really slow and room service trays were left in the hall too long.
